Our Stockholm office, located near Karlaplan, is a vibrant and collaborative workspace where you’ll be surrounded by passionate colleagues, great coffee, and exciting after work activities and amazing customers and partners. While we do offer flexibility, this is not a fully remote position.

The Role

As an Account Manager focused on stores, you will be the dedicated strategic partner for our existing users on the buy side of our platform. Your primary focus will be working directly with grocery stores and independent outlets to ensure they are getting maximum value out of the Stockfiller platform. This is a highly interactive role where you will frequently be out in the field visiting store managers and owners, educating them on new features, and helping them optimize their daily purchasing and ordering processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of existing store customers on the buy side, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Conduct regular on site store visits to drive engagement, educate users, and ensure they maximize their usage of the platform.
  • Evaluate the daily operational challenges store managers face and proactively provide solutions leveraging Stockfiller’s features.
  • Identify opportunities to expand platform usage and grow the volume of orders placed through our ecosystem.
  • Monitor account health, track customer KPIs, and analyze purchasing data to ensure high retention rates and platform adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with our Support, Commercial and Product teams to advocate for the needs of our store users and relay valuable on the ground feedback.
  • Maintain accurate, up to date account information, meeting notes, and pipeline data in our CRM.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate is a relationship builder at heart who understands the fast paced environment of grocery retail and FMCG. You love hitting the road to meet clients face to face, enjoy standing on the store floor to troubleshoot and educate, and have a natural talent for spotting growth opportunities within existing accounts.

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, field sales, Customer Success, or a similar commercial role focused on account growth.
  • Completed bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, with stellar presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience independently managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of B2B customers.
  • Consultative and pedagogical approach where you are comfortable explaining software features to store owners and staff.
  • You are a real doer with a customer focused mindset and a high level of self motivation.
  • Comfortable with independent work out in the field, as well as collaborating with the team back at the Stockholm office.
  • Valid driver’s license (B) is a strict requirement since this role involves frequent travel to meet store customers on site.

Bonus Points for Experience With:

  • Previous experience working within the grocery retail sector, FMCG industry, or store management.
  • A proven track record of outperforming retention and account expansion targets.
  • Experience driving adoption for B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Zendesk / Pipedrive or similar CRM systems.
