Our Stockholm office, located near Karlaplan, is a vibrant and collaborative workspace where you’ll be surrounded by passionate colleagues, great coffee, and exciting after work activities and amazing customers and partners. While we do offer flexibility, this is not a fully remote position.
The Role
As an Account Manager Suppliers at Stockfiller, you will be the dedicated strategic partner for our existing customers. Your primary focus will be on nurturing these relationships, ensuring they extract maximum value from our platform, and actively growing their business with us. This is a highly interactive and consultative role where you will frequently be out in the field traveling to host on site client meetings, facilitating workshops, and acting as a trusted advisor to help our customers optimize their processes and thrive in the FMCG ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of existing customers, serving as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
- Identify and execute on opportunities to grow our customers’ business with us through upselling, cross selling, and expanding platform usage.
- Plan and conduct regular on site client meetings and hands-on workshops to drive engagement, educate users, and maximize platform adoption.
- Evaluate the ongoing challenges your customers face and proactively provide solutions leveraging Stockfiller’s features and services.
- Monitor account health, track customer KPIs, and analyze data to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with our Support, Commercial and Product teams to advocate for customer needs and relay valuable on the ground feedback.
- Maintain accurate, up to date account information, meeting notes, and pipeline data in our CRM.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder at heart with a strong commercial drive. You love hitting the road to meet clients face to face, and have a natural talent for spotting growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, B2B sales, Customer Success, or a similar commercial role focused on account growth.
- Completed bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with stellar presentation and communication skills.
- Experience independently managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of B2B customers.
- Consultative and pedagogical approach where you are comfortable leading workshops and explaining software features to various stakeholders.
- You are a real doer with a customer focused mindset and a high level of self motivation.
- Comfortable with independent work out in the field, as well as collaborating with the team back at the Stockholm office.
- Valid driver’s license (B) is a strict requirement since this role involves travel to meet customers on site.
Bonus Points for Experience With:
- Previous experience within the Tech, B2B SaaS, or FMCG industry.
- A proven track record of outperforming retention and account expansion targets.
- Experience organizing and facilitating customer workshops or training sessions.
- Zendesk / Pipedrive or similar CRM systems.
