Customer Support Representative - First Line

Our Stockholm office, located near Karlaplan, is a vibrant and collaborative workspace where you’ll be surrounded by passionate colleagues, great coffee, and exciting after work activities and amazing customers and partners. While we do offer flexibility, this is not a fully remote position.

The Role

As a First Line Customer Support Representative, you will be the heart of our dynamic support organization and often the first point of contact for our users. Your mission is to deliver world class service by efficiently resolving daily inquiries so our customers can focus on their core business. We will provide a tailored onboarding experience, including comprehensive system training and cross departmental introductions, to ensure you are ready to stand on your own two feet. With a strong, inclusive team behind you, you will have the backing to tackle challenges, convey professionalism, and help enable Stockfiller’s continued rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming support tickets from customers via phone, email, and chat with a high level of professionalism.
  • Perform general troubleshooting, manage orders, create accounts, and execute minor administrative adjustments.
  • Take full ownership of customer inquiries, showing initiative to solve problems in the best and most efficient way possible.
  • Delegate relevant, complex technical tasks to our Technical Second Line team so you can maintain focus on front line service delivery.
  • Conduct continuous follow ups to ensure customer satisfaction and support their development on the platform.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate is a meticulous and driven problem solver who loves helping people. You take pride in delivering a great customer experience, possess a strong Can Do attitude, and thrive in an environment where we celebrate our differences and tackle challenges together.

  • Experience in a support role AND / OR a completed university degree within IT, logistics, retail, or economics.
  • Practical experience working within retail, foodservice, or a similar industry.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly service minded with the ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player.
  • Thorough, detail oriented, and highly organized in your daily work.
  • Very familiar and comfortable working in Excel and other relevant software programs.

Bonus Points for Experience With:

  • Zendesk or similar ticketing and customer service platforms.
  • Previous experience within the Tech, B2B SaaS, or FMCG industry.
