Our Stockholm office, located near Karlaplan, is a vibrant and collaborative workspace where you’ll be surrounded by passionate colleagues, great coffee, and exciting after work activities and amazing customers and partners. While we do offer flexibility, this is not a fully remote position.
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative at Stockfiller, you will play a key role in ensuring that meetings are set up with new and existing customers. Phone calls will be your primary vehicle and emails your secondary vehicle in order to drive in meetings. This role is a natural stepping stone to become an Account Executive or Account Manager, giving you the perfect environment to accelerate your sales career and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support other team members in sales and demand generation activities
- Be the first point of contact with top executives in the FMCG industry
- Evaluate the challenges that our Customers face with their current processes and identify their needs
- Collaborate with other team members in the Commercial team to leverage on each other’s knowledge to generate leads and manage all stages of the sales cycle
- Collaborate with other internal teams, including Support, Developers and Product Managers, to enhance our platform and successfully onboard customers
- Enhance best practices, documentation, and sales materials to empower customers and improve efficiency
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Who You Are
The ideal candidate is an energetic self starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long term relationships.
- 1+ years of experience in a full time sales role
- Completed bachelors degree or higher
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Strong background in outbound sales and a strong communicator
- Experience from managing the whole sales process, from prospect to signed agreement
- Business acumen and ability to think strategically
- Comfortable with independent work as well as teamwork
- You are a real doer and a visionary with a customer focused mindset
- You are versatile and passionate about taking on new problems to push technology forward
- Leadership potential since Stockfiller is in a rapid growth stage and will continue to expand, we want you to be able to grow with us!
- Very familiar (and comfortable) with Excel / Google Sheets and Powerpoint / Google Slides
Bonus Points for Experience With:
- Previous experience within the Tech or FMCG industry
- Outperforming quotas / sales targets
- Zendesk / Pipedrive or similar CRM systems
