Our Stockholm office, located near Karlaplan, is a vibrant and collaborative workspace where you’ll be surrounded by passionate colleagues, great coffee, and exciting after work activities and amazing customers and partners. While we do offer flexibility, this is not a fully remote position.
The Role
As the lead for Strategic Sales and Partnerships at Stockfiller, you will be the driving force behind our new partnership and ambassadorship programs. Your mission is to cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our current, future, and past partners. By aligning our goals with theirs, you will unlock new revenue streams, drive immense value across the food ecosystem, and significantly increase our sales footprint. This is a highly strategic role requiring a proactive, commercial mindset and exceptional relationship building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage Stockfiller’s partnership and ambassadorship programs from the ground up.
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new strategic partners that align with our mission in the Food Tech and FMCG space.
- Nurture relationships with current and past partners, finding innovative ways to drive mutual value, share resources, and reactivate dormant connections.
- Collaborate closely with the broader Commercial and Marketing teams to create co marketing initiatives and partner driven sales campaigns.
- Take ownership of the partner sales cycle, negotiating agreements and commercial terms to ensure win win outcomes.
- Establish KPIs for the partnership program, tracking partner generated revenue, lead flow, and overall ROI.
- Act as the primary point of contact and dedicated Account Manager for our most strategic partners, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to advocate for Stockfiller.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate is a natural networker and commercial thinker who thrives on connecting the dots between different businesses. You are a visionary relationship builder who can see the big picture while executing the daily tasks required to build a successful partner ecosystem.
- 3+ years of experience in strategic sales, partner management, business development, or a similar commercial role.
- Completed bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with stellar negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- A proven track record of driving sales, whether through direct channels or indirect partner ecosystems.
- Highly strategic mindset with the ability to identify cross promotional opportunities and create long term value.
- Comfortable taking full ownership of a new business area and building structures and processes from scratch.
- You are a versatile, energetic self starter with a strong customer and partner focused mindset.
- Valid driver’s license (B) is a strict requirement since this role involves travel to meet customers on site.
Bonus Points for Experience With:
- Previous experience in the Tech or FMCG industry.
- An existing network of potential partners within the food ecosystem, logistics, SaaS, or retail.
- Experience launching or scaling an ambassador, affiliate, or reseller program.
- Zendesk / Pipedrive or similar CRM systems.
